Tradeshow Coordination
At the start of each year, we participate in two major industry tradeshows. My responsibilities included sourcing a vendor, establishing design criteria, and overseeing the creation of a custom tradeshow booth. I also managed event logistics, coordinating team accommodations and overall tradeshow planning.
Art Direction
At the trade show, we co-exhibited alongside several sister companies, making it essential to present each brand clearly and cohesively. Our goal was to ensure a unified yet distinct representation of each brand while designing an open booth layout that encouraged visitors to enter from any direction and experience a natural flow throughout the space. Additionally, we prioritized practical criteria, such as a designated meeting area and ample storage for catalogs and staff belongings, to support both functionality and a seamless visitor experience.

Experience
To enhance the booth experience and attract visitors, we featured a live barista serving coffee and espresso during peak morning hours. This unique touch aligned perfectly with our brand as a hot water heater and boiler manufacturer, creating a subtle yet memorable connection. We also had custom coffee cups made with our booth number and a “free coffee” message, making it easy for other convention-goers to notice and inquire about our booth.
