Managing Internal Company Skillsets Leads to Custom Van Build
Project managed the creation of a van to showcase and demo water heater selections for residential and commercial applications.

Problem
Budget was strict and we had initially gone to some tradeshow vendors finish the van build but their budgets surpassed what we had intended to spend.
We decided to do it in-house but instead of having a vendor being able to complete all phases of the project to completion, we would have to be able to do this ourselves and be able to pass this along through each department for their responsibilities.
Solution
Ultimately using the in-house resources of our sister company who does commercial fabrication, we were able to keep costs low and get a fully customizable solution that met our needs.
Project Highlights
- Leveraging our internal team’s skill set and manufacturing equipment we were able to lower the cost and get the job done
- Having a side for residential and commercial applications so that we can use this for both showing plumbers and engineers made the van more functional.
- Introducing the van on social media and announcing stop at local wholesalers and distributors allowed us to market the van and gain popularity.
